The Finest Honus Wagner Single Signed National League Baseball JSA COA

Official National League baseball (Giles) signed by Hall of Fame shortstop Honus Wagner. The legendary “Flying Dutchman” has signed the ball in bold blue ink “Honus Wagner/4-13-54”. Wagner’s signature contrasts exceptionally well against the cream-colored background. Wagner, considered by many to be the greatest shortstop in baseball history, was one of the first five inductees into the Baseball Hall of Fame, and his signature alone on a baseball has always been highly prized by collectors. The date on this ball is noteworthy, Wagner died less than two years later, possibly making this ball among the last few he ever signed.
