The 1970-71 Milwaukee Bucks were built around one of the NBAs early versions of the Big Three. The Bucks swung a deal to add 10-year veteran guard Oscar Robertson to a core of second-year players in Kareem Abdul-Jabbar (then Lew Alcindor) and Bob Dandridge. The result was electrifying. The Bucks won 66 games, including a then-record 20-game winning streak, on their way to the franchises only championship. Abdul-Jabbar, who won the league MVP, averaged 31.7 points and 16.0 rebounds. Robertson, 32, settled into a complementary role for the first time in his career but still averaged 19.4 points and 8.2 assists. Dandridge put up 18.4 points and 8.0 rebounds.
