This one features one of the all-time fan-favorites of the Cincinnati Reds, and one of baseball’s top shortstops of the 1960s and beyond, Leo Cardenas, during the prime of his career. The picture here is truly remarkable, featuring Leo turning a double play in a road game at Wrigley Field, wearing the unique Reds uniforms of the era – sleeveless flannel tops with the player name underneath the number on the back. These were super-cool but didn’t last long!
