Andy Pafko Signed 1960 Game Used Actual Hit Baseball Milwaukee Braves JSA COA

Several years ago MEARS President Troy R Kinunen purchased a collection of game used baseballs which were retrieved by Milwaukee Police Officer Wobszal who worked part time as a security guard at Milwaukee County Stadium. The ball originated from Lois Wobszal, daughter of the Police Officer. Mike Roddell, the president of the longest running card show, Wisconsin Sports Collectors Association, purchased the baseballs from Lois and brokered the deal to Troy R Kinunen.

While on duty, Officer Wobszal gathered game used baseballs which were hit into the stands or parking lot. Each balls was retrieved, and a notation was added to the box in Wobszals own handwriting.

This ball was noted, 2 1959, Andy Pafko vs St Louis. After purchasing the ball, Kinunen had it personally signed by Andy Pafko at the Milwaukee Braves Historical Society Dinner.
