Our unique and patent-pending design allows athletes and trainees to safely and simply add isometric holds to their training repertoire. Built to both hold the barbell between efforts and provide unbreakable resistance to maximal effort lifts, our C-hooks will accommodate standard bars as well as 50 mm sleeves or axle bars. Precision laser welded for extra strength and a high quality material called Delrin to protect the bar knurl.
*Please note that to use this safely, the rack must be grounded in the floor. The dimensions fit UNRACK half and power racks. Enquire for further customisation!
