San Francisco 49ers NFL Collectors Series Vintage Original Theme Art Poster (1968)

Back in 1968, the San Francisco 49ers were not the team they became in the Joe Montana era. But here is a chance to own a piece of history of the team that became the most successful franchise of the past two decades. Many fans have fond memories of the likes of QB John Brodie, WR Clifton McNeil, RB Ken Willard, DT Charlie Krueger, LB Dave Wilcox, DB Kermit Alexander, and G Howard Mudd, who took the team through the dark early years of the franchise.

This poster shows great ’60s style in every aspect, from the coloring to the lettering to the overall psychadelic look. It was produced as part of the NFL Collectors Series, in which different artists provided the artwork for a particular team. All teams were produced between the years 1968-71.
